With Vivid, your bank statements are just a few taps away. Through the Vivid app you can access and request your bank statements following these steps:
Tap on “Profile” > “Documents”
Choose “Bank statements” under the “Currency” section.
Do you need a full month bank statement? Tap on the particular month from the list and choose the pocket for which you want the statement.
Do you need a bank statement for a specific period of time? We got you covered! Tap “Order statement” and select the range of time you need. Tap the “Confirm period” button and select the pocket for which you want the statement.
Do you need a trade confirmation of your investment or crypto trades? Just choose “Trade confirmation” in your document section (under the “Investments” or “Crypto Investments” categories) and select the period of time.
That’s it, now you have your bank statement or trade confirmation in PDF form!
