Once you have signed up and chosen to receive a physical card, your card is set for production and prepared for the delivery.

The shipping time changes from one country to another. You can check the approximate delivery date in the app by scrolling down on your main screen and tapping on the card.

Please note that this is a general time frame. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date as the delivery is carried out by postal carriers.
