  • We have a chat service within our Vivid Money app.

  • We’ll only ever contact you via the email address you provided when you registered with us. All of our communication will always include our official domain - @vivid.money.

  • All of your in-app push and SMS notifications will always come from us.

An important reminder:

  • We never call our customers.

  • We will never reach out to you in a private message on social media.

  • We never communicate with customers through third parties.
