2025

  • On April 3rd, 2025, the Vivvix 360 solution was re-released as MediarRadar 360.

  • Effective March 5th, 2025, the Network Cable TV station UNIVERSAL KIDS (UKID) has been discontinued from Vivvix monitoring.

  • On March 1st, 2025, Vivvix updated our TV expenditure methodology to account for faster final expenditure estimates.

  • On February 24th, 2025, Vivvix updated our AVOD/OTT methodology.

2024

  • Effective November 16th, 2024, the Network TV station Scripps News (SCRN) has been discontinued from monitoring.

  • On October 23rd, 2024, Vivvix added Digital Observed Markets to Explore reporting within the 360 Media Buyer solution.

  • Effective July 3rd, 2024, the Network TV station DEFY TV (DEFY) has been discontinued from monitoring.

  • Effective July 3rd, 2024, the Network TV station ION Plus (IONP) has been added to monitoring.

  • On June 10th, 2024, Vivvix announced that all Print coverage is now sourced by MediaRadar.

  • Effective April 29th, 2024, the Network Cable TV station ASPIRE TV (ASPR) has been added to monitoring.

  • On April 15th, 2024, Vivvix announced a restatement of Super Bowl Data for Local Markets to account for missed collection within the game.

  • On March 31st, 2024, Vivvix announced a Digital Restatement of February 2023 - January 2024 data due to a collection issue.

  • Effective March 29th, 2024, the Network Cable TV station PURSUIT CHANNEL (PURS) has been added to monitoring.

  • Effective Monday, January 29th, 2024, the following Network Cable TV stations have been added to monitoring:

2023

  • Effective December 21st, 2023, Crackle has been added to AVOD/OTT monitoring.

  • On November 1st, 2023, MediaRadar acquired Vivvix.

  • Effective May 31st, 2023 Vivvix discontinued the monitoring of Pacific/West Coast feeds for Network TV & Cable TV.

  • On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, Vivvix announced that users with access to TV will now be able to run “Nationalized GRPs” within reports. Nationalized GRPs used with Spot TV ratings will use the national population instead of the local population to generate the measure.

  • On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, Vivvix announced that Daily Preliminary Digital Expenditures will be available through prior day. This deliverable was previously released 2 days prior to the current day.

  • Effective March 28th, Vivvix ceased monitoring the TruReal (TRN) Digi-Network.

  • On Monday, February 27th, 2023, Pathmatics introduced an unexpected change affecting the processing/refreshing of their Paid Social into our data making 2019-2023YTD incomplete in reporting. A refresh of all Paid Social data was completed on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023.

  • On February 10th, 2023, Vivvix announced that December 2022 will be the last month of expenditure data for ROKU in AVOD. Creative and occurrences will continue to flow through early February. Historical data for The Roku Channel will remain available.

  • Monitoring for 19 Cable TV Networks will be added 1h2023.

  • In 1q 2023, we introduced Single Sign-On (SSO) login security for all users.

2022

  • On December 12, 2022, Pathmatics Paid Social data dating back to Jan 2019 was restated.

  • On October 12, 2022, Mobile App spend estimates dating back to Jan 2021 were added.

  • 9 Local Radio markets were added to monitoring with data starting September 2022.

  • 12 Broadcast “diginets” (i.e.: MeTV, CoziTV, etc.) were added to monitoring with data starting August 2022.

  • On August 1, 2022, Network Radio data dating back to Jan 2019 was restated. The new & restated data is aggregated activity from over a dozen Broadcast Radio Networks (the previous data came from a few Networks).

  • On July 11, 2022, we completed the Jan 2021 – April 2022 restatement Internet Display, Online Video, Mobile Web and Mobile Video media. This restatement incorporated Panel measurement into the revised methodology. The previous digital methodology involved collection by 53 automated web crawlers located in the top 53 markets, and essentially, we added 1.2 million panel members across the US. (1,200,053 > 53). In adding the panel, ALL activity needed to be recalculated to account for the thousands of new ads detected via the panel. Adding the panel data doesn't only add spend where there was none, but it adds a breadth and depth to the coverage that was not there previously.

2021

  • In 4q2021, Pathmatics restated Facebook impressions and spend estimates for Q2 2020 – Q2 2021 to bring data in line with earnings reports. Vivvix restated the 2020 data on 11/12/22 and the 2021 data on 11/15/22. Since Pathmatics restates data frequently based on earnings reports (and revised earnings reports), Vivvix plans for ongoing quarterly Paid Social restatements.
