Let's Get Started!
Click on the Hamburger Menu, located towards the top-right corner of the 360 application, then choose My Profiles.
Click on the Pencil Icon to give your profile a Name, Description, and Abbreviation (if needed). You can also upload the logo of the brand you support.
Navigate through each tab of the profile set up to make your selections.
You only need to make selections in 3 tabs in order to build out your customized competitive profile.
My Brands
Competitive Brands
Categories (optional)
My Brands Tab
This is the list of brands you work for or support.
To add your brand, click into the Search Field, which will pull up our full brand classification taxonomy.
You can add your brand at any level of the taxonomy, but our recommendation is to start with the Parent and Advertiser levels.
Type in the name of the brand that you support. A list of available Parents and Advertisers will populate.
Click on the Info Icon located to the far right of each entity to see complete detail of how that entity is broken out across each classification level.
This will aid you in choosing which brand classification level you would like to include in your profile, to make sure you have all of the information you need.
You can also utilize the Drill Feature to aid you in figuring out how each classification level breaks out.
Click the Check box next to the brand you’d like to Drill into, then click the Drill To link which populates at the bottom-right corner of the view.
For example, you can Drill from the Parent level to the Product level, to see all products which roll up into this Parent.
You can use this method to select the individual products which you would like to include as “your” brands.
Or you can use this to determine if the Products level is too detailed, meaning you could select a higher classification level, like Brand or Advertiser.
Click the checkbox next to the level you need, then click the ADD button at the bottom to add that entity as “your” Brand.
Competitive Brands Tab
This is the list of your competitive brands. You can also add these at any level within the classification taxonomy.
Follow the same steps as outlined in the My Brands tab to build your Competitive Brands list.
Categories Tab
This is the list of categories that will be used on your Home Page and Watch modules.
You can leave this section blank, and the dashboards on your Watch module will default to all categories included in your subscription.
If you want to select specific categories, click into the Search field and choose the category classification level you would use to select the categories you would like to see apparent on your Watch dashboards.
Category selection is optional.
Profile Sharing
You can share your competitive profile with your colleagues. Click the Sharing button located towards the top-right of the profile you’ve just created.
Private: Only you can access and edit this profile.
Share With All Users: Share your profile across all users in your subscription.
Share with Individual Users: Share with individual members on your team.
Now, go back to the Watch feature.
Your dashboards will show ad activity for the Brands, Competitive Brands, and Categories you have just added to your competitive profile.
