Overview
Contacts Deep Linking provides a direct path from Review pages in 360 to contact records in Winmo or MediaRadar Classic.
Instead of switching between platforms and manually searching for a company, users with existing subscriptions to Winmo or MediaRadar Classic can click a single link from within 360 to open the corresponding contacts page in a new tab.

Contacts Deep Linking helps users move seamlessly from research to action. With a single click, users can navigate from a company, brand, or advertiser profile in 360 directly to the corresponding contacts page in Winmo or MediaRadar Classic.
This eliminates the need to open another platform and manually search for the same organization, saving time and streamlining prospecting workflows.

Availability
Contacts Deep Linking is available to users who:
Subscribe to Contacts Deep Linking in 360
Have access to either Winmo or MediaRadar Classic
Have valid credentials for the destination platform
How It Works
Contacts are accessible via a Review Page within 360 (Parent, Advertiser, or Brand).
To access Contacts:
Navigate to a Review page in 360.
Locate the Contacts link in the Media Focus section located at the top.
Click the Contacts link.
A new browser tab opens and takes you directly to the mapped contact record in either Winmo or MediaRadar Classic.

Supported Review Types
Parent Review
If accessing a Parent Review in 360, the Contacts link opens the mapped Winmo Company Profile or MediaRadar Classic Contacts page for the selected Parent.
Advertiser Review
For Advertiser Reviews, the system attempts to find the most relevant contact destination using the following logic:
If a brand exists with the same name as the advertiser, the advertiser is linked using the brand mapping.
If no matching brand mapping exists, the system falls back to the parent company mapping.
When a parent fallback is used, a tooltip displays:
"Contacts will be shown at this advertiser's parent company."
This ensures users can still access relevant contacts even when an advertiser-specific mapping is unavailable.
Brand Review
The Contacts link opens the mapped Winmo Brand Profile or MediaRadar Classic Contacts page for the selected Brand.
Product Review
Contacts Deep Linking is not available on Product Reviews.
Because product-level mappings do not currently exist, the Contacts link will not appear on Product Review pages.
When the Contacts Link Does Not Appear
The Contacts link is only displayed when a valid contact mapping exists between the reviewed entity and the destination platform.
If no valid mapping is available:
The Contacts link is not displayed.
No error message appears.
No disabled state is shown.
The link is simply omitted from the page.
First-Time Authentication
When clicking a Contacts link for the first time, you may be prompted to sign in to Winmo or MediaRadar Classic if you do not already have an active session.
After authentication:
Future deep links will open directly without requiring additional sign-ins during your active session.
This step will be removed once Single Sign-On (SSO) support becomes available.
Things to Consider:
Some Companies May Not Have Active Contacts
In some cases, a company may have a valid mapping but no active contacts available in Winmo or MediaRadar Classic.
If contacts are unavailable, users can still utilize the appropriate concierge service to request contact information.
Requirements
The Contacts link only works when users have access to both:
Contacts Deep Linking in 360
The destination platform (Winmo or MediaRadar Classic)
Users without access to the destination platform will be prompted to authenticate and will not be able to view contact information without the appropriate permissions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I deep link to both Winmo and MediaRadar Classic?
No. Accounts are configured to use one destination platform at a time.
Why don't I see the Contacts link on every company?
The Contacts link only appears when a valid mapping exists between the company in 360 and a corresponding record in Winmo or MediaRadar Classic.
Why don't I see a Contacts link on Product Reviews?
Product-level mappings are not currently supported, so Contacts Deep Linking is unavailable on Product Review pages.
Does the Contacts link replace contact functionality in 360?
No. Contacts Deep Linking provides quick access to contact information stored in Winmo or MediaRadar Classic. Native contact functionality will be incorporated into future 360 platform releases.
