View Creatives by pulling up an Advertiser/Category Review

Search for the Advertiser/Brand/Category in the white search bar at the top of your home page to pull up a Review.

(When in doubt, start with the Advertiser level first.)

The creative sections are broken out by each individual media tab found across the top of the Review.

Click on a media tab, change your date in the date range drop-down, and scroll to the bottom-right corner.

The Top Ads section will be located there, with thumbnail images you can click on to view the creative.

Pull a custom report in Explore to run all creatives together into the same report

Click the Explore button on the left-side menu and choose Create New Report.

PROFILE TAB

To run a creative report for advertisers you’ve added to your profile via the My Profiles section, select a Profile in the drop-down menu:

Then choose either Link (Brands/Categories linked to selected profile) or Populate (All selections originally copied from profile).

To run a report with no profile selections included, choose None from the drop-down menu.

LAYOUT TAB

Under the Product sorts grouping:

Choose one sort or combination of sorts to break out the data in the manner you would like to see it displayed in your report (Parent, Subsidiary, Advertiser, Brand, Product).

Under the Media/Time sorts grouping:

Choose one sort or combination of sorts needed to provide additional detail in your report.

For example, if you want the creatives grouped by Media, Market, or Property, you can include those sorts in your layout.

Under the Media Specific sorts grouping:

Include Creative as a sort.

MEDIA/MARKETS TAB

Choose the Media Types you would like to include in your report by utilizing the drop-down menus to the right of each media type in the Media section.

NOTE: Creatives are NOT available for Internet - Search, Network Radio, National Spot Radio, or Outdoor. Those media types will be excluded by default.

Choose the Market(s) needed in the Markets column (if running for local market media types).

If you would like to pull your report for all media/markets, you can skip over this tab to default to ALL.

BRANDS/CATEGORIES TAB

Click into the search field on the left.

Click the checkbox next to the Brand Level or Category Level boxes to select which level you would like to search.

Search for the Advertiser/Category you would like to pull into your report.

QUICK TIP: If you don’t know the name of the Category you are looking for, search the Advertiser level for an advertiser you know will be in the category you are looking for, then use the Drill To feature to drill up to the Category.

Click the checkbox to the left of the entity to select.

Then click the ADD button at the bottom.

Click Close if you are done adding items. If you need to add more, click into the search field on the left and continue adding.

TIME PERIODS TAB

Choose regular Calendar or Broadcast Calendar time period type.

Under the Frequency column on the left, choose the Time Period needed:

  • Single One lump time period (i.e. Nov 2022 – Oct 2023)

  • Day Break the info out daily, where available by media type

  • Week Break the info out weekly, where available by media type

  • Month Break the info out monthly

  • Quarter Break the info out quarterly

  • Year Break the info out by year

Choose the time period by clicking the up or down arrows on the left of the calendar to advance to the year needed.

Once in the correct year, choose the month, then the date for your Start Date.

Repeat this process for your End Date.

Click the + icon to add that time period to your report.

Go to the top-left of the report, clear out Untitled Report, and give your report a title.

Click the Run arrow over towards the right to run your report.

The creatives in your Explore report output will be apparent via clickable links in both the PDF and Excel formats.
