ACCELERATED INSIGHTS WITH FOCUS AI

Focus AI transforms advertising intelligence data into presentation-ready data stories.

Easy to personalize and instantly published, Focus AI uses a structured analytical workflow to create two different data stories: Change Category Drivers and Brand Scorecards.

Each data story offers a suite of interactive insights neatly packaged within detailed narratives to present an executive summary and set of conclusions.

CREATE A FAST QBR WITH CATEGORY CHANGE DRIVERS

Quickly understand the key dynamics affecting the changes within a category or competitive set.

Category Change Drivers gives you a 360º macro perspective of a brand’s core communication goals including budget, share of voice, geography, media mix, seasonality, and messaging.

See exactly how new brands and creatives could be affecting the change in your category.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Start by selecting your preferred category.

Custom-Defined Categories use the advertisers and category(s) within an existing competitive profile.

Vivvix-Defined Categories allows you to manually search a previously defined category in Vivvix and add relevant advertisers.

  2. Profile Filters

Base your data story on your competitive profiles or select None to create a brand-new data story.

  3. Additional Filters

If using a profile: Choose the media/markets needed for your data story.

If using None: Also select the Advertisers or Categories needed.

  4. Other Settings

Choose your comparison time periods, measures, and how you would like the information to break out within the data story (Parent, Advertiser, Brand, Product).

  5. Access

Choose how you would like to share your data story.

    Private: Only You have Access

Share with All Users: All users have Access (who also have access to Vivvix)

Share with Individual Users: Select Users or Teams have Access

  6. Summary

Confirm the parameters for your Data Story are correct.

  7. Give your data story a title at top-left corner of the story.

  8. Click either Save to save your data story, or Publish to access the story instantly.

Then choose View Published Data Story

Your results will provide a story based on the profile/category/advertisers you’ve chosen, focused on the advertiser(s) included in your setup.

COMPARE COMPETITORS INSTANTLY WITH BRAND SCORECARD

Understand how Brands stack up against the competition without running multiple reports and pivoting the results on your own!

Brand Scorecard simplifies the workload by offering an immediate competitive snapshot across all paid media.

Simply select the Brands you’d like to compare, and the Brand Scorecard will create a concise side-by-side comparison of their KPIs, including budget, share, growth statistics, media mix and more.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Profile Filters: Base your scorecard on your competitive profiles.

NOTE: You MUST have a profile created in order to utilize a Brand Scorecard.

  2. My Brands/Competitive Brands

You will notice push pin icons to the left of each advertiser. Pin up to four advertisers to feature on your Brand Scorecard.

  3. Additional Filters

    Set your media/market parameters.

  4. Other Settings

    Select a current time period.

You then have the option to compare your current time period to a previous-like time period (current month vs. previous month), or the same time period year ago (January 2023 vs. January 2022).

Note: If your selections include any month with preliminary data, uncheck the final data box for more accurate intel.

Choose whether you would like to Include Category Average along with an Other Summary.

  5. Access

Select if you would like to keep this scorecard private or share it with your colleagues.

    Private: Only You have Access

Share with All Users: All users have Access (who also have access to Vivvix)

Share with Individual Users: Select Users or Teams have Access

  6. Summary

Confirm the parameters for your Brand Scorecard are correct.

  7. Title your Brand Scorecard and give it a Category name.

  8. Choose either Save to save your brand scorecard or Publish to view the scorecard instantly.

Then choose View Published Data Story.

The results of your Brand Scorecard will be instantly published and will show a side-by-side comparison of advertisers chosen comparing their budget, media mix, and ranking compared to one another.
