Vivvix Quick Start Guide

1. Click on the hamburger menu located on the top-right corner of your screen, then choose My Profiles to customize your Brands, Competitor Brands, and Categories and set up Custom Reporting features.

2. To access an Advertiser Review, click on one of the accounts located on your Home Page or Watch modules, or search for the account in the white search bar located at the top of the home page.

Quick Tip: View as a Parent or Advertiser.

3. To access a Category Review, scroll down to the bottom of the Home Page or Watch module and click on the category in your Category Review section. You can also search for a category in the white search bar at the top, or in the Category Review section, located midway down the left side of the Home module.

4. Click on Data Availability in the hamburger menu (top-right corner of your home page) to find an overview of the latest dates through which each subscribed media type is loaded into the system.

5. Click on Methodology in the hamburger menu (top-right corner of your home page) to find an overview of the methodology for each media type Vivvix monitors.

Bonus Tip!

You can export the information included in your Watch dashboards and in the Advertiser and Category Reviews into Excel and Powerpoint views.
