Follow the steps laid out below to prospect for advertising activity via a Property Review, Category Review, and weekly Insight Reports

PROSPECTING BY COMPETITOR

Q: How can I prospect for advertisers in Vivvix?

A: Look to see who is on your main competitor.

To do this, you can access a Property Review.

To begin, click into the Search field located at the top of the Vivvix application. Type in the name of the media property and choose to view as Media Property.

You can also click on the logo of the media property if it is apparent on your Watch Dashboards.

PROPERTY REVIEW - COMPETITVE REPORT CARD

The top half is the Weekly Report Card:

  • Total # of Units

  • Total # of Advertisers

  • Top Categories

  • Top Accounts

The bottom half is the Current Year To Date Report Card:

  • List of Advertisers Exclusive to You

  • List of Advertisers you Share

  • List of Advertisers on the Competition, but not on You

To generate a lead list of advertisers spending on the competition, but not on “You", hover over the area to the far right and click View Their Advertisers.

PROSPECTING BY CATEGORY

Q: What is another way I can prospect for advertisers in Vivvix?

A: Look to see who is in a Category.

To do this, you can access a Category Review.

To begin, click into the Search field located at the top of the Vivvix application. Type in the name of the category and choose to view as Category.

You can also search for a category in the Category Review box located mid-way down the left side of your Vivvix homepage.

Or, click on one of the categories you have added to your account profile located in the Category dashboards within the Watch feature.

CATEGORY REVIEW

Top advertisers in a category for your market.

To generate a lead list of all advertisers in a given category, click on the Account Activity Calendar link located at the bottom left corner of the All Media tab.

This will generate a calendar containing a rolling 12 month look of all advertisers in a category in your market.

ACTIVITY CALENDARS (A.K.A. HEAT MAPS)

Spending allocation across all media and associated properties.

One click will generate an informative, invaluable piece of category information.

From here, click on an advertiser and choose View topline review of activity. This will take you back to the Advertiser Review, where you can learn more.


PROSPECTING VIA INSIGHT REPORTS

Q: What is another way I can prospect for advertisers?

A: Insight Reports for your market.

Insight Reports enable salespeople and sales management to uncover new business opportunities and provide competitive market share analysis.

The first set of insight reports are for the accounts you have added to your account profile.

The second set of insight reports are for the market.

  • Reports can be emailed on a weekly basis.

  • Readily accessible from the Vivvix Home Page.

  • Date ranges can be configured.

PROSPECTING VIA INSIGHT REPORTS - MARKET INSIGHTS

Q: Which Insight Reports can I use for prospecting?

A: The first TWO reports under the Competitive Market Share Analysis section

WHO IS ADVERTISING WITH MY COMPETITION BUT NOT WITH ME?

This insight will generate a lead list of advertisers appearing on competitive properties, but not on "You".

Results will populate based on your selections in My Profiles (My Properties tab, Competitive Properties tab).

WHO IS NEWLY ADVERTISING IN THE COMPETITION?

This insight will generate a lead list of advertisers appearing for the first time with your competitors compared to the last 12 months.

Results will populate based on your selections in My Profiles (Competitive Properties tab).
