MediaRadar University for 360

While our Help Center is a great resource when looking for quick answers, MediaRadar University offers on-demand, interactive courses that help you gain in depth knowledge on insights, reports, and features.

You will be able to access the University directly within the MediaRadar 360 application.

Click on the Help Menu Icon located towards the top-right corner of the application.

Direct links to the University and the 360 Help Center can be found under this menu.

You can also access the University directly via the links provided below.

We recommend bookmarking the page for easy access.

A collection of multiple courses curated for a learning goal (e.g., get stated as a brand new user). A Learning Path is like a syllabus.

You can access available Learning Paths on the left-side navigation menu within the University.

Courses are the building blocks of MediaRadar University.

They are generally between 5-15 minutes and include video walk-throughs, reference materials, and interactive knowledge checks that allow you to check your understanding of the material covered.

Courses are generally focused on a particular report or feature.

Click on Courses located on the left-side navigation menu to access the full course list.

To view your courses, you can select the solution you are subscribed to by using the filter button located towards the top-right.

Q: Can I start and stop courses and Learning Paths?

A: Yes! You can start and stop at your leisure, and your progress will be saved so you can pick back up where you left off.

Q: How can I see which courses I’ve started and/or completed?

A: At the bottom of each Learning Path and course, you’ll see your status for that Learning Path/course.

Q: I’ve watched a video, but the continue button is greyed out and I can’t move to the next part of the course. What do I do?
​

A: First, please be sure you are using Chrome as your browser. Second, make sure you are not fast-forwarding at the beginning of the video. Third, try doing a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl + F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac). After the refresh, let the video play and you should be able to move forward.

Q: I’m being asked to log-in again, but I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
​

A: Click “Reset password” on the log-in prompt.
