Team Performance: Once you’ve clicked into the Driver page, you will default to the team performance tab. This view includes the Overall Ranking of Driver Performance on the far left. Going rightward, the other viewable columns are Driver Agent Call Compliance, Driver Netradyne Hits, Driver HR Incidents. At the top right of the page, you can find a Download CSV button that allows you to export the rankings in the Team Performance tab.
Configure: At the bottom of the leftmost Overall Ranking column is a Configure button which allows customization of ranking. This button can be used to select metrics and pick their respective weighting as it relates to your desired ranking set-up.
Individual Performance: next to the header for the Team Performance tab, you can see an Individual Performance tab. Clicking this tab will take you to the Individual Performance tab where you can assess individual driver performance. Below the tab, a drop down will appear with all drivers. Selecting a specific driver from this drop down will bring up their scorecard performance and create another drop down to the immediate right. This additional drop down can be used to select additional drivers for performance comparisons.
