Recent Calls: the Recent Netradyne Calls widget is where recent calls related to Netradyne alerts will be displayed on the lefthand side of the Netradyne page. Each recent call in this section displays driver name, Netradyne incident type or description, date of incident, AI Dispatcher call date, whether the alert was acknowledged by the driver, and duration of AI Dispatcher call.
Netradyne Alerts: the Netradyne Alerts widget is where Netradyne alerts will be displayed as the AI Dispatcher is waiting for a call back. Netradyne Alerts are presented with the date of the event, name of the driver, type of risky driving behavior or DMS-related events, and the option to send SMS reminders to remind a driver to call back. Additionally, at the top of this section you can toggle hiding alerts that have been dealt with.
