Recent Calls: the Recent Scheduling Calls widget is where recent calls will be displayed on the left-hand side of the Scheduling page. Each recent call in this section displays driver name, work date to be scheduled, scheduling confirmation status, date and time of AI Dispatcher call, and duration of AI Dispatcher call.
Rostered Drivers: the Rostered Drivers widget is where Unscheduled Drivers will be displayed. Unresponded AI Calls where Drivers have not been scheduled will be presented with the name of the driver, response status, and work date attempted to schedule by AI Dispatcher. Additionally, at the top of this section you can toggle hiding drivers who have confirmed their schedule.
