Recent Calls: Clicking into the Incidents page, the Recent Incidents Calls widget will have recent coaching calls across various Incidents displayed on the left of the view. Each recent coaching call in this section displays driver name, AI Dispatcher coaching call date, and duration of AI Dispatcher call.
Incidents: the Incidents widget is where coached and un-coached incidents populate. Each incident will be presented with the date of the event, name of the driver, type of incident (e.g Speeding, Late, Using cell phone while driving, etc), and the option to send SMS reminders to remind a driver to call in for their coaching call. Additionally, at the top of this section you can toggle hiding incidents that have been coached
