Clicking into the Compliance page displays a graph that shows the trailing 7 days Call Compliance across all categories of Incidents, Netradyne, Quality, and Scheduling. The “Categories” drop down in the top right of the page can be used to filter between All Calls, Incidents, Netradyne, Quality, and Scheduling. The right hand side of the Compliance page also provides metrics for Today’s Compliance in Percentage, Today’s Missing or Missed Calls in Number of Calls, and 7 Day Missing Calls in Number of Calls.
