Description of Incidents page

Updated over 2 months ago

Under the Human Resources drop down, the first page you can click into is Incidents. At the top of the Incidents page, you will see high-level metrics across Drivers like Total Incidents (Incidents), Pending signature, (Incidents) Signed. Immediately below this is a view that includes a list of all incidents that have occurred within the timeframe specified in the top right of the Incidents page. Also, at the top right of the incidents page is the Create Incidents button. This button can be used to create new incidents with a couple of optional and required fields of information like an Incident Template, a Specific Driver, Incident Description, Documents, and Communication Settings (Voice Coaching and Text or Text Only).

Back to the default Incident view, going from left to right, the Incident list includes Driver Name, Type of Incident, Date, Labels, and Incident Status (Not Sent, Awaiting Coaching, Pending Signature, Signed, Employee Inactive). On the far right, there is an Actions column where you can view Messages Sent, look at the # of Views on a Driver Page, Clone an Incident, Send a Reminder to a Driver, and Delete an Incident. Incident Types and Labels can be created custom by scrolling to the bottom of the Incidents page and clicking into “Configure Templates.” Once you have clicked into the Configure Templates view, you will see a Templates Section and a Labels Section.

At the bottom right of the Templates section, you can click the Create Template button to Create a new Template. New Templates require specific information like Template Name, whether they require an employee signature or not, allow employee comment or not, fields of information to include in the template like Description or Consequences, and which Labels to associate.

At the bottom right of the Labels section, you can click the Create Label button to Create a new Label. New Labels require specific information like Label Name and the Potential Values a label can have like a Severity Label would have values of Low, Medium, and High.
