The second page in the Human Resources Drop Down is the Recruiting page. In this page you will see all open job postings for your DSP for roles like Delivery Driver, Dispatcher, etc. The posting will include Job Title, Pay, Posting Date, Location and Status (Open or Closed). In the top right of the posting you can edit the posting, close the posting to further applicants, and close the posting and end screening for all candidates.
At the top right of the page, you will see a “Create Recruiting Job” button. Clicking into this button will show you all the necessary fields for creating a job like the Job Posting Name, Job Title, Job Description, Location, Compensation, Benefits, Disqualifying Questions for Viki’s Screening, and Interview Questions for Viki’s Screening. In the bottom right of the widgets for Benefits, Disqualifying Questions, and Interview Questions, you can click the corresponding blue buttons in the bottom right to Add Benefits, Add a Disqualifying Question, and Add a General Interview Question respectively.
