The AI Agent Settings section allows you to define all settings related to Viki, our AI Agent/Dispatcher. In this section, you can determine the AI Agent Scheduling Date Range which will let Viki know what hours she is allowed to make scheduling calls. Viki will call drivers at the beginning of the range which is demarcated by “Time to Commence Scheduling Calls” and the end of the range which is demarcated by “Time to End Scheduling Calls.” Below this part you’ll see a Timezone field where you can input your timezone, a Number of Reminders field which lets Viki know how many times to remind drivers that don’t confirm their schedules, and a Time Between Reminders which lets Viki know how long to wait between reminders.
