What does voiceERP do?

How can create the same incentive every week in voiceERP?
You can create a recurring incentive that repeats every week.
Can I update an incentive after I create it?
You can edit the incentive after it is created by clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner of an incentive.
What happens when a Driver is marked as inactive in Settings?
They no longer appear in the list of potential drivers when you create a new incentive. However, they remain on any incentives that were created in the past. If you’d like, you can remove them from past incentives by updating the incentive before it ends; alternatively, after the incentive ends, you can mark their payout as Ignored in Payouts.
Who receives an SMS when I click “Text All Drivers Their Scorecard”?
Only drivers on the scorecard that week will be sent an SMS. A driver who didn’t work that week will not get an SMS, even if they were eligible for an incentive that week.
How do I enter or edit vehicle mileage?
Yes, you can enter and edit vehicle mileage in inspections
Do the reminders shoot me a text or do the reminders only happen on the voiceERP platform?
As of now, reminders only happen on the voiceERP platform.
Can I send a pdf attachment e.g a page from an employee handbook on the voiceERP platform?
Unfortunately, PDFs and other documents are only for internal use and would not be visible if sent.
Where and how can I send a message to multiple drivers?
You can send messages to multiple drivers in the “Chat” page.
How do I see the links and/or images for vehicle inspection?
You can see the links and images for vehicle inspections in the Fleet Management page.
Will voiceERP add more features for onboarding and recruiting?
Yes we are planning features around recruiting. Currently our team is working on automating pre-screening interviews to determine things like eligibility, expectation alignment, and more.

How long does voiceERP take to implement?

In voiceERP, you can set up incentives once and they will be set for the future.
Can Viki help us implement, schedule, and enforce black out shift dates during peak?
In the case of specific black out dates during peak, Viki would be able to articulate the allowed and not allowed scheduling exceptions.
What is voiceERP’s design partnership?
voiceERP will commit to 6 months of engineering work on behalf of a limited number of forward-thinking DSPs and you get a lifetime locked Viki price per month. This is contingent on the DSP investing six months up front.
How transparent can we be with our Drivers when uploading a scorecard through voiceERP?
As transparent as you’d like! You can blast out organizational texts to all Drivers and paste in their corresponding google drive link in those texts.
If I joined voiceERP, would voiceERP be an app that driver associates can just have on their phone?
Some parts of voiceERP are an app that can be downloaded and some parts are not.
Does voiceERP work with ADP and/or Amazon systems?
voiceERP works with both ADP and Amazon.
What if the Driver is notified by Viki but says the infraction didn’t happen?
Drivers can dispute if they are confident that they didn’t commit an infraction.
Will Viki call the Driver again if they don’t answer the first time?
Viki sends a text before calling so that she does not distract the driver.
Does Viki call the driver on their personal phone or on the company phone?
Viki calls their personal phone.
Would voiceERP be able to tell me reminders of when to get tires repaired at a specific date?
Yes, this type of reminder can be set up in the Reminders page.
