Can't complete a purchase?

Troubleshooting checklist when in-app purchases fail.

If you can’t complete a purchase, try the following:

  • Check your payment method and any unpaid balance in the App Store.

  • Sign out/in with your Apple ID and try again.

  • Restart the device and retry the purchase.

  • If it still fails, contact Apple Support.
