You can setup as many users and departments you want. You do this by adding user and department profiles under our 'RULES' section then in the 'Channel & User' sub section.

If you wish to setup additional user phone numbers for extensions or for each member of your staff to use independently of your mainline phone number you can add these for as little as $1.00 per month each.

Users can make and receive calls directly on their numbers you have assigned to them.

You can then monitor each individual users usage using the Analytics section.
