As with any telecommunications package there are charges associated with making outbound calls or forwarding calls.

Making an outbound phone call or forwarding a call from your VoiceRules number to any other other number are exactly same.

These charges will differ depending on the Country and the actual number you are calling.

Rest assured that VoiceRules keeps its outbound charges as low as possible so that our customers only pay local call charge rates when dialing anywhere in the World.

To keep our outbound charges simplistic we have negotiated outbound rates based on calling those countries from anywhere in the World (e.g. Calling Australia from the USA will be the same cost as calling Australia from within Australia - the rates are exactly the same).

Our outbound rates start as low as $0.003 per minute, but for an up to date rate sheet based on the Country you wish to call or forward calls to please send a request to support@voicerules.com or chat with one of our agents.

Outbound call charges are deducted from your Calling Credit - you can add calling credit at any time via your VoiceRules Dashboard.

We also email you alerts when your call balance gets low.
