Call credits are used for when making receiving and forwarding calls. If your call credit falls below $0.00 your account will be temporarily suspended and you will no longer be able to make or receive calls so its good practice to make sure that you keep your account in credit.

But don't worry, if your account falls below $2.00 we will send you a series of emails notifying you that your account is running low.

Credit can be added easily by purchasing one of our Credit Packs ($10, $25, £35, $50).

To top up your account click on the 'Refill' button on your Dashboard.

Then choose your Credit Pack.

Then clicking the 'Pay With Card' button.
