For any accounts connected before the 24th April 2017 will not incur any inbound call charges.

If you have joined as part of a promotion removing inbound call charges you will not be charged for any inbound costs to your numbers.

Our phone numbers incur a small inbound charge for every minute that your number is on an active call.
