Calls are NOT forwarding?

First make sure that you have connected your phone number to your routing profile via the Dashboard.

When setting up your call forwarding you must ensure that when inputting your destination number you are doing so using an international prefix as follows;

+44123456789

+12345678910

+55123456789

And so on...

If you are not using an international prefix this will effect calls being routed to you.

Calls may also be blocked to some countries if you are calling a higher rate phone number. Your calls may also be blocked for this reason.

If you need more information on what high rate numbers we block, please send an email to support@voicerules.com with the detail of the number you are trying to call.
