With VoiceRules setting up call forwarding to anyone anywhere in the World is extremely simple.

Follow these steps;

  1. Go to the 'Rules' section from your VoiceRules Dashboard

  2. You are instantly taken to the 'Call Transfer' tab

  3. Click on the 'Setup Call Transfer' button at the bottom of the page to then open a small window (see fig.1 below)

  4. Give your Call Transfer any name as a reference

  5. Now input the number you wish your inbound calls to be forwarded to using the international prefix of your number (e.g. +447766515515)

  6. Now check the box if you wish to forward unanswered calls to your voicemail (you must setup a voicemail profile to see it available here)

  7. Select if you want to receive calls 'All Day'

  8. Or select if you wish to only receive calls within a certain time of the day

  9. When finished press the 'Submit' button to save your Call Transfer profile (see fig.2)

After saving your new profile, you will then be taken back to the 'Rules' section and to the 'Call Transfers' tab. You will now see your newly created Call Transfer profile. You can edit or delete the Call Transfer by clicking the corresponding image to the left of the Call Transfer profile.

You have now setup your Call Transfer and can use it by attaching it to any of your numbers.

To attach this Call Transfer to your numbers, head back to the 'Dashboard' screen by selecting the option in the navigation at the top of the screen.

On the Dashboard under where it says 'Phone Numbers' to the right of your screen, go to the number you wish to activate.

Under the number you will notice a drop down selection box.

Select your Call Transfer profile from the list and then press the 'Connect' button.(see fig.3)

Now any inbound calls to your number will be routed via the selected Call Transfer profile you have specified.
