Only inbound SMS is available on VoiceRules phone numbers.

When receiving an SMS to your VoiceRules number the message will automatically be sent to the registered email address.

You can change the email address for each number by editing the 'Email' detail under your numbers in the 'My Numbers' section of your VoiceRules Dashboard.

Please check whether your number is eligible for SMS by seeing a 'YES' under the SMS field of the number search. Numbers that do accept inbound SMS will be marked with a 'YES' numbers with a 'N/A' will NOT receive SMS.

Be aware that SMS is NOT always guaranteed if originating from outside of the destination country.

Short Code SMS (e.g. 3xxxxx) are NOT always guaranteed.

Some numbers will ONLY be available for SMS and not phone calls.
