Please note that some of our numbers will incur a small setup fee.

Free numbers are provided with no rental charge and can be added at 2 different points, at signup or at any stage depending on how many free numbers you have available.

Any free numbers you haven't added will appear under your 'My Numbers' section of your VoiceRules Dashboard.

When signing up and checking out you will see the below;

Click on where it says 'Click to Add A Number' to open a search window.

By selecting the dropdown next to 'Country' lets you choose which country you wish to add a number

You can then choose whether you want to search for Fixed (Local & National) or Toll-Free numbers by selecting the option from the 'Type' dropdown list.

If you're looking for a particular city then input the city name in the 'City' field.

Or

If you want a particular number string you can try your luck by adding the first few digits into the 'Prefix' field.

Then press the 'SEARCH' button;

You are given information on your number as follows;

NUMBER - The number of the available phone number
REGION - The City or Region that your number is available in
SMS - Whether or not your number qualifies for inbound SMS
SETUP - Any setup fees will be charged on selection of your number

Your list will look something like this;

By selecting the '+' will search more numbers

When you're ready you can press the 'BUY NUMBER' button add the number to your VoiceRules account.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PHONE NUMBERS MAY REQUIRE PROOF OF ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY A POP UP WINDOW IF THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CHOSEN NEEDS FURTHER INFORMATION***

Now that you have selected your number you can checkout.

If you then go to your 'My Numbers' section, your number will now appear and will also be added to your Dashboard under 'My Numbers' once you have activated your number by connecting a call routing profile to it you can then start receiving calls.

All of our numbers when setup and automatically active for Outbound calls.
