To open your VoiceRules dialer you must go to your VoiceRules dashboard and select the 'Open Phone' option to open a new window containing your VoiceRules dialer.
You can use your browser dialer like any other phone by entering the destination number you wish to call.

Select the number you wish to make a call from (this number will appear on the persons phone you're calling
enter the number you wish to dial using the keypad or your computer dashboard
press the 'Call' button to initiate the call
press the 'Call' button again to end the call
Use your 'QUICKLIST' to see the previous numbers you have dialed and dial again by clicking on the number you wish to use.
