Please follow the below steps to install your VoiceRules account on the Grandstream mobile app.
Please first install the Grandstream Wave Application by following the below link;
1, Open your Grandstream Wave app and head to the settings and then select 'Account Settings'
2, On the next page select the '+' sign in the top right of your screen to create a new account.
3, On the next screen select the option 'SIP Account'
4, Now you will be required to enter the details that were emailed to you from the VoiceRules Support Team, this information is the SIP details for the number you wish to use on your Grandstream Wave app;
The details should be filled out as follows;
Account Name: 'ANY NAME YOU CHOOSE'
SIP Server: 'DOMAIN PROXY'
SIP User ID: 'ENDPOINT ID'
SIP Authentication ID: 'LEAVE BLANK'
Password: 'PASSWORD'
Once complete please click the tick in the top right corner of your app.
5, Your account will then activate. On the following screen next to your account you will see a red light that will then turn green to confirm the activation has been successful.
6, Complete, you can now use your Grandstream app to make and receive SIP calls from your VoiceRules phone number.
