Businesses using VoiceRules often request features that suits their use case. One of them is to create contacts as soon as you receive an incoming call.

We already have a feature that creates contacts if they don't exist in your VoiceRules address book. However, this default feature creates the contact once the call is over or complete.

However, we have a recipe that can create a contact as soon as a call arrives on your web, desktop, or mobile dialer and provides a link to open this newly created contact profile. We name this new contact on Pipedrive as “New VoiceRules Contact”.
