VoiceRules, by default, logs activities in Pipedrive with call details which include information like call notes, call disposition, call recording link, etc. The recording link takes you to a VoiceRules page where you can listen and download the call recording for your internal audit purposes.

In some cases, you may not want the call recordings to be logged which could be for compliance purposes, or you may not want all your team members to have access to the call recordings in Pipedrive. This is now possible with this recipe, as VoiceRules will not log the call recording link as part of the call details in the activity created on Pipedrive when the recipe is enabled.
