VoiceRules <> Pipedrive integration allows you to call and text your customers directly from your Pipedrive account and logs all your activities in your account automatically. By default, we log all the incoming and outbound calls as activities in Pipedrive.

When this recipe is enabled, all your incoming and outbound answered calls are logged as notes instead of activities against contact profiles in your Pipedrive account.

Note: Missed Calls and Voicemails will still be logged as activities.
