You can choose to assign all missed call activities that we log on Pipedrive to a particular user in Pipedrive.

Businesses using VoiceRules often request features that suits their use case. We log activities in Pipedrive for your calls. These activities by default are assigned to the person who makes the outgoing call or answers the incoming call.

Voicemail activities are assigned to the VoiceRules user whose email address is added for VM forwarding. This user's integrated Pipedrive account receives the activity that is logged on Pipedrive for VMs.

For missed calls, they are assigned to the owner of the number in case of the ring all team members routing settings, or to the person who declines the call. In any case, the assignment of missed calls can vary for a variety of reasons, and hence businesses prefer that these activities are assigned to a particular user in Pipedrive. This helps them dedicate a single user who is responsible for calling back the customers from whom the company has missed calls.

You just need to let us know the email address of that user and make sure that at least any Pipedrive admin from your organization has integrated their Pipedrive account with us.
