VoiceRules<>HubSpot integration enables you to sync your contacts from HubSpot in your VoiceRules address book by fetching contacts from HubSpot that carry phone numbers.
However, if you wish to have your created and modified contacts in VoiceRules, update or create contacts on HubSpot as well, you can enable the 2-way sync setting.
In order to enable this setting, follow these steps
Login to your VoiceRules account and head over to integrations.
Click on the configure button next to your integrated HubSpot account.
Head over to the General settings tab and click on the toggle button next to 2 way sync option.
Once done, hit the Save button to enable this setting.
Once you enable this option, the contacts edited in VoiceRules will also update contacts on HubSpot. Moreover, contacts created in JustCall will also create contact in HubSpot.
There are two important points to note here:
1) We don’t update the email addresses of the contact. However, other details like phone number, first name, and last name will be reflected back. We have restricted the updation of emails since HubSpot uses email for uniquely identifying contacts. You can always find the link to the contact page on HubSpot in VoiceRules 's contact profile page to access contacts’ information on HubSpot directly.
2) Your contacts synced from other services or CRMs, will not be added to HubSpot, unless you edit them. VoiceRules in this case, only respects your manual addition or updation of contacts. We only update the primary number of a contact in VoiceRules when modified. The primary number is the number via which a contact is initially created in VoiceRules.
