Log Calls/Texts Under Custom Activity Types on HubSpot For Better Follow Ups

Please note: You need to go through this article and then come back to us after creating respective activity types for us to plug them for you.


If you want to log the following events happening on VoiceRules

  1. Outbound calls (unanswered)

  2. Outbound calls (answered)

  3. Incoming calls

  4. Missed Calls

  5. Voicemails

  6. Incoming text messages

  7. Outgoing text messages

under different activity types on HubSpot for the purpose of segregating and tracking events on HubSpot.

To enable this feature, please head over to your Integrations tab and click on Configure button next to HubSpot.

Now head over to the Advanced settings tab and click on the toggle button next to ‘Enable different activity types for Outbound calls’.

Once you have enabled this setting, please create different kinds of activities on HubSpot representing the available options mentioned above and reach out to us on chat support or directly email us at support@voicerules.com to get this feature enabled for your account.
