To downgrade or upgrade your billing plan after activating your account - simply go to Settings > Billing within your Voilo Business app and 'Downgrade' or 'Upgrade' to the plan that best suits you.
When downgrading to our 'Pay-as-you-go' plan, you won't be charged any activation fee.
You will only be charged for the transactions you then go on to make through the Voilo Pay app.
