On Voilo Pay you can track different revenue streams using our user management feature.

If you have multiple employees you can add users and track the payments they take as an admin.

Go to Settings > User management > Invite users.

If your email is in the format: name@domain.com, type in the email box name+summerfundraiser@domain.com and press send.

(‘summerfundraiser’ can be anything you want, but we recommend choosing something relevant to how it will be used)

Go to Settings > Sign out to sign out of your Voilo Pay account.

You will receive an email shortly to name@domain.com where you can click the link that will open your Voilo Pay app so you can create the new account.

Enter the details as you would like the account to appear e.g. First name: Summer, Last name: Fundraiser.

Go to Settings > Sign out.

Sign back in using your original account (name@domain.com).

Your new account will appear there with any other accounts you have already set up!
