  • Daily Reconciliation: The platform cash is reconciled once a day from Macquarie, typically in the morning between 9 AM and 10 AM. This daily process ensures the alignment of your account with the latest available information.

  • Dynamic Account Cash: Your account cash is dynamically updated throughout the day. This update takes into account intra-day trades, margin changes, volatility adjustments, and other relevant factors.

Intra-Day Deposits:

If you make a cash deposit after the morning reconciliation (after 10 AM), and you find that your buying power has not been updated accordingly, there's a simple solution:

  1. Manual Cash Adjustment:

    • Our support team can manually adjust your cash amount to reflect the intra-day deposit.

  2. How to Request Adjustment:

    • Reach out to us via the help chat, located in the bottom right blue box on the platform.

    • Send a message specifying the deposit amount and time. Our team will promptly address the request.

  3. Rapid Updates:

    • Cash adjustments initiated through the help chat typically reflect within 2 minutes, ensuring swift and accurate updates to your buying power.
