After initially signing up for the Volley app, if you select Platform Tennis, you will see the below screen prompting you to enter your APTA number. Follow these steps to see your PTI statistics. You can always do this later if desired.
Once you have entered your APTA number, your PTI statistics including a summary, PTI graph over time, matches, partners, opponents, locations and spread can all be viewed at the bottom of the home page.
If you skipped entering your APTA number at sign up, select any of the PTI tiles at the bottom of the home page, and you will be prompted to enter your APTA number again.
The PTI statistics are only shown on the home page if platform tennis is your selected sport.
If you search for your name and the result comes back as Not Renewed, that is coming from APTA, not Volley. Volley displays what APTA sends along. Not Renewed means that your membership isn't current on their end. APTA would be able to tell you what's outstanding and get it sorted.
