Ball Stuck Behind Faceplate
In rare situations, if a ball is hit by the user into the hole where balls come out, the ball can become jammed under the faceplate. This is shown in the below image:
If this occurs, do the following:
Remove a battery for safety
Try to push the ball down with an object
If that doesn't work, the two top bolts must be loosened (NOT REMOVED) with a 4mm allen wrench (bolts circled in image below). This will provide a gap for the ball to fall down. Then, you can reach into the hole and remove the ball
Avoiding Ball Jams
Do not use wet or damp balls
Do not use balls that are moderately or heavily worn
Do not overfill the ball bin
If playing platform tennis, only use Volley branded balls
