When you are done using the trainer, navigate to the control center. Do this by selecting the dropdown menu next to the trainer number at the top of the page. (shown in image below)
Then select End Session --> Shutdown. This will turn the trainer off.
If someone else is ready to use the trainer, select End Session --> Disconnect. This will leave the trainer in an idle state so the next person can use it.
