What are virtual cards and how to use them?
These are unique, budget-specific cards that provide extra security for all online transactions. Create a virtual card for each online vendor and never miss out on any payment due date.
As card numbers are unique, If fraudulent activity occurs for one card, it will be isolated to that card. So you don't need to go through every single online vendor and change your card number.
The best part is you can create as many virtual cards as you need.
Types of Virtual Cards:
One Time: These cards are associated with a specified limit, and their limit turns to zero once they are depleted.
Monthly: These cards reset on the 1st day of every month with the predetermined limit set during their creation. They are particularly useful for making fixed monthly payments for services or software subscriptions, such as Hubspot, Mandrill, AWS, etc.
Creating a virtual card
Access your Dashboard and navigate to the "Cards" section.
Click on "Virtual Cards" and locate the add icon.
Fill in all the necessary details for the virtual card.
Click "Continue" after completing the form.
Verify the provided details and click "Request card" to finalize the process.
Once you fill out all of the fields, click on the [ Continue ] button. Verify the details given and click on [Request card], this will undergo an Approval workflow (if there's one set).
