How to send and receive funds on the Mobile app

To request funds

  • Open the Volopay mobile app.

  • Slide down in the “Wallet” section.

  • Click on ["Request funds"] 

  • Select the budget from which you want the funds. (e.g., select "Marketing" if you want to draw funds out from the "Marketing" budget.)

  • Now choose your card (physical or virtual) in which you want to add the requested funds.

  • Finally, enter the desired amount, add a relevant note and click on "Request" button at bottom of the page as shown:

To send funds

  • Open the Volopay mobile app.

  • Slide down in the “Wallet” section.

  • Click on ["Send funds"].

  • Select the budget from which you need to send the funds. (e.g., Sales)

  • Now, select the member to whom you want to send the funds.

  • Select the card of that member (physical or virtual) to which you want to add funds


Finally, enter the amount, add a note and click on ["Send"] button at the bottom as shown:

To approve funds

If you're a "Budget-owner", you can approve your team's requests using the Volopay mobile app.

  • Open the Volopay mobile app.

  • Navigate to the ["Alerts"] tab.

  • You can see all the pending requests under this section.

  • Click on the approval request. Now, simply check and click on DENY/APPROVE as per the conditions.
