Migrating your Volunteer and Client data to Volunteero is a big step toward simplifying the way you manage, track, and support your volunteers. Whether you’re moving from spreadsheets, databases, or another VMS, this guide will walk you through how to prep your data.
If your volunteer and client records are over 40 records, we will complete one complimentary data migration (one volunteer, one client migration). Any smaller it’s quicker to just enter manually on your dashboard.
Please note: We only do one volunteer migration and one client migration per organisation during your implementation process. If you have any questions, your Customer Success Manager will be happy to help and can also share the migration template with you.
