Ongoing, Available and Pending tabs
You will notice three tabs at the top of the screen when you open the app. Here are the functions of each tab:
Ongoing - If you have claimed a mission and been approved, the mission will appear here. Note that you may also be assigned missions by your charity and they will appear here also.
Available - Here is where you can see missions available to you. You are able to filter and search missions. All available missions are created and published by your charity so if you have any questions, please reach out to your charity.
Pending - If you have requested approval to a mission it will appear here until approved by your charity
Browsing missions
When browsing missions, you can see most of the important information about that mission including:
Client - The text in bold at the top of the missions states who the client is. Essentially this is who you will be volunteering for. Sometimes this may be an individual or other times it may be an organisation for example the charity themselves
Mission type - The text immediately below the client name states the type of mission it is, this is the type of task or activity you will be conducting
Location - Where you will need to go for the mission. If you cannot see a distance from you then you will need to enable location services, see the App Settings article
Start and end date - If the mission has a specific start and end date then it will show on the mission overview however some missions are open-ended and will not have a specific start and end date.
Mission details - You will see some text which provides more information on the mission, open the mission to see the full details
If shifts are enabled on the mission you will be able to see the next free shift as well.

You can press in the Search missions bar to search or filter your Available missions list.
You can sort by:
