Why isn't my volunteer time or call time showing in the Insights area?

In this guide, we'll cover how to make sure your data links are connected from your custom report templates to your insights page.

If you've made a custom report template and have found that the questions you're asking regarding volunteer time, or volunteer call time aren't showing in your insights section... then we'll show you how to rectify this.

  1. Click on your custom report template

  2. Identify your question about

  3. Click 'edit'

  4. Ensure that the 'data link' to volunteer time or call time is connected

N.B Data links are also available for; Completed missions (toggle switch) and client happiness field (Drop down and check box question types)
