In order to pay your deposit and secure your volunteer spot, please log into your account on Volunteer World and click on the green "Confirm Reservation" button. You can securely pay with PayPal or Credit Card.

Note: if you choose Cuba as a destination, there is an exception regarding the payment of the deposit that must be made manually. No worries, just contact our team via the live chat or e-mail and they will easily guide you through the process. :)

If you have any issues with your down payment, please get in touch with our service team. In most cases, we can agree on an international bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT). Please contact us, however, before making a bank transfer.

International wire transfers that are done via the SWIFT network offers the payer three different expense regulation methods, which are called OUR, SHA and BEN. Volunteer World accepts OUR ("Sender bears pays transaction fees") or SHA ("shared costs") as an expense regulation method. Bank transfers that uses BEN ("beneficiary pays costs") will NOT be accepted as a full payment.

Note: Please note that the bank account is only for the deposit and cannot be used for the final payment. To learn more about that, check out here for more information on this.
