Please contact your Client Relationship Manager if you wish to make the transactions file attachment compulsory on the platform.
When activated. Compulsory Transaction Files attachment will apply to the following transaction types;
•Voly Prepaid card transactions
•Non Voly Card transactions
•Cash Purchases
•Purchase/Sales Invoices
•Purchase/Sales Credit Notes
When a transaction is missing the transaction file, it will become highlighted ( as seen below) and the user will be unable to process the transaction until a PDF, PNG or JPEG transaction file has been added.
Please note: Compulsory Transaction Files are currently not Enabled on our Mobile App or Cash Withdrawals
